Air Care Alliance – The Air Care Alliance is a nationwide league of humanitarian flying organizations whose volunteer pilot members are dedicated to community service. This site will introduce you to us and to all the groups we list whose volunteers perform public benefit flying for health care, patient transport, disaster relief, and educational experiences for youth, environmental support, and other missions of public service.
Angel Flight – A non-profit charitable organization of pilots, volunteers, and friends. They will arrange free air transportation for any legitimate, charitable, medically related need. Angel flight primarily serves patients needing transportation to and from the heartland region.
Mercy Flight – Mercy Flight™ Southeast, Inc. is a non-profit organization that coordinates with volunteer pilot that desire to be involved in "public benefit flying." We provide a variety of services to the community, but mostly we arrange free air transportation by private aircraft to distant medical facilities when commercial service is not available, impractical or simply not affordable. Mercy Flight Southeast serves patients in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.
Patient Travel - The purpose of the National Patient Travel Center is "to ensure that no financially-needy patient is denied access to distant specialized medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment for lack of a means of long-distance medical air transportation."
